Terms and Conditions

This Terms And Conditions Policy reflects our cancellation policies and the fees that may be associated with such cancellations. All our products/services we sell online, such as activities, tours, shows, vacation packages, tickets, or attraction admissions are herein termed as "Event".

 

Authorized Orders

All Event reservations are subject to availability. By placing an order online the customer agrees that Best Beach Vacations will authorizes the charge of the total price of the Event order. The customer's credit card is only authorized and funds are held for the purchase of the said Event. At the time we receive this order, we check availability of the Event with the Vendor/activity Operator and if the Event is available we then confirm the order by email or verbally with the customer. If all information regarding the Event is satisfactory with the customer, we then process the order and capture or charge the credit card the amount that was authorized.

If a customer happens to change their mind and wishes to cancel or alter an order they had placed online before the order has been processed by Best Beach Vacations, we will not charge the customer's credit card.

 

Processed Orders and Cancellations

All cancellations or changes of the Event must be done in writing or by email. Once an order has been processed, any changes or cancellations made to the Event will result in a 10% processing fee to cover our administrative fees including the charges we incurr from the credit card company. For a refund (minus the 10% processing fee), all cancellations must be made prior to 72 hours of the scheduled Event, unless otherwise noted in the Event description page. Some of our Vendors allow 48 hour cancellation and we will honor this policy for a refund (minus the 10% processing fee) if we have it listed on the Event description page of our website.

Any cancellations made by the customer within 72 hours (unless noted as 48 hour cancellation policy in our Event description page) of the scheduled Event will forfeit their rights to any refund. Also, any no-shows, failures to redeem vouchers, or failures to attend the scheduled Event will result in no refunds and a full charge of the Event price. Any refunds must be claimed within 30 days of scheduled Event by the customer.

 

Cancellations by Vendor (Event Operator)

Tour Operators reserve the right to cancel an Event at any time in the event of hazardous weather conditions or for unseen operational problems that may occur and the customer will receive a refund for that Event or may reschedule the Event.

 

Federal Law and Safety Issues

FAA requires passengers to provide correct passenger weights for flight safety reasons when booking an air tour. Additional costs may be incurred if incorrect weights are given and they exceed the weight limits set forth by Vendors once weighed in at the airport. Also for safety reasons, if incorrect weights, ages or heights are given by the customer for events such as horseback riding, zip-lines or any Event, the Vendor has the right to not allow the customer to participate in the Event and the customer does not have rights to a refund. Please provide accurate ages, weights and heights.

 

International Orders

International charges or payment made to Best Beach Vacations are payable in US Dollars. Exchange rates are subject to the policies of the individual card holder.
